Terms Of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to have read and accept the following terms of service.
· Payment will be made via PayPal in € / Euros· I will begin working on the commission after receiving the payment· The payment will be made upfront· Private use of the commission is permitted as long as you do NOT claim it as your own.
· Example: Social media icons, Phone/PC wallpaper, etc…· After the sketch phase, the money can only be partially refunded depending on the progress of the commission.· If by any circumstance I can't complete a commission for any reason, the money will be totally refunded.· Major changes can only be made in the sketch phase, after that I will only accept minor changes and up to a limited amount.
If there are multiple changes to make please notify me as soon as possible of all of them instead of gradually 1 by 1.· Commissions will likely be posted on my art account, if you are not comfortable with me tagging you in the post or mentioning you at all let me know as soon as possible· I don’t allow using my commissions for commercial purposes under any circumstance without my explicit permission and knowledge· Average time to finish a commission is about 1-2 weeks, I will inform the commissioner if there are any delays.· I reserve the right to not accept a commission for any reason.· Complex designs / backgrounds will cost extra.· I will update you about the commission after every important step in your desired contact method.· Extra characters will increase the price of the commission by twice.· I do not give consent to use my art in AI training under any circumstance.
